Shipping and Handling Costs

We charge a $12 flat rate Shipping & Handling fee nationwide for all orders, no matter how many items you order. All orders are sent via courier & require a signature on delivery, unless you request differently in the comments of your order - please use a business address if nobody will be home. If you are not home the courier will leave a calling card for you to contact them and arrange a 2nd and final delivery attempt within 48 hours before they return the item back to us. Shipping to PO Boxes may incur additional costs. All deliveries are within Australia ONLY.

Please note: A 2nd shipping and handling fee can be incurred and an administration fee if: you would like to change your delivery address after your item has been shipped; your item is not delivered due to giving us an incorrect address, or you do not respond to the courier calling card within 2 working days, which is left if nobody is present at your delivery address.

Same Day Despatch

All orders completed before 2pm (AEST) will be processed & dispatched the same working day. All orders made after 2pm (AEST), will be processed & dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Times

These are estimated delivery times and 99% of the time, delivery will meet or exceeded these times, however we are not responsible for any shipping transit delays that can occur, especially for rural areas.

Placing an Order

To place an order simply 1 click on the relevant product you are interested in purchasing. 2 Use the drop-down menu (if necessary) and choose your selection of weight/size. 3 Then add the quantity you require of that weight/size of that item. 4 Click the "add to cart" button. 5 You can then either continue shopping or "view" checkout and finish with your choice of payment – Merchant Warrior, Paypal or Bank Transfer. Once your order is placed you will recieve an email from us confirming your order, address and order number. Your order number is your reference with us when communicating with us about your order.

You can also use Paypal's very own secure payment system which offers you buyer protection whether using paypal or your credit card. Alternatively you can pay by Bank Transfer which leaves you at no risk as you can do this securely through your banks secure website.

Returns Policy

We offer a 100% Guaranteed No Hassle Returns on all our products (with the exception of 20kg protein bags). Simply contact us & return the product within 14 days. Returned merchandise must be unused (unless faulty), sealed and in original packaging. Shipping is paid for and arranged by the sender. Please email us before sending in your return to recieve an RMA number.
