Shipping Costs

We charge a $12 flat rate nationwide for all orders. No matter how many items you order. All orders are insured, tracked & sent via courier. For security reasons we require a signature on delivery, unless stated differently. All deliveries are within Australia ONLY.

Same Day Despatch

All orders completed before 2pm (AEST) will be processed & dispatched the same working day. All orders made after 2pm (AEST), will be processed & dispatched the following working day.

Delivery Times

All parcels require a signature, unless you request otherwise. If you are not able to sign for your order the Courier will leave a card for you to arrange an alternative time for delivery.

Placing an Order

To place an order simply click on the relevant product you are interested in purchasing, use the drop-down menu (if necessary) and choose your selection of weight/size prior and then add the quantity you require of that weight/size of that item by clicking the "add to shopping cart" button. You can then either continue shopping or go to checkout and finish with your choice of payment – Merchant Warrior, Paypal or Bank Transfer. Once your order is placed you will recieve an email from us confirming your order, address and order number. Your order number is your reference with us when communicating with us about your order.

You can also use Paypal's very own secure payment system which offers you buyer protection whether using paypal or your credit card. Alternatively you can pay by Bank Transfer which leaves you at no risk as you can do this securely through your banks secure website.

Returns Policy

We offer a 100% Guaranteed No Hassle Returns on all our products (with the exception of 20kg protein bags). Simply contact us & return the product within 14 days. Receipt is required for all refunds. Returned merchandise must be unused (unless faulty), sealed and in original packaging.
