Beta Alanine is a naturally occurring non essential amino acid, found naturally in the body by eating protein rich food such as meat and fish.
Beta Alanine increases the production of carnosine within the muscle. Carnosine buffers & reduces muscular acidity caused by hydrogen ions (H+) allowing muscles to work harder and longer.
Beta Alanine is therefore an ideal choice for athletes who want to decrease fatigue & increase total muscular output.
Studies have shown that beta alanine may assist with:
