Our Premium Organic Cacao Powder originates from the Amazon rainforest of Satipo in Peru and is grown from an heirloom variety of unroasted Criollo Amazonico Cacao.
With an ORAC score of 98,000 our Organic Cacao is super rich in antioxidants. It has twice the amount of potent antioxidants than traditional cocoa powder, 4 times more than Goji berries and 40 times more than found in blueberries. Our Organic Cacao is rich in zinc, omega 3, aminos, beta carotene, calcium, chromium, iron, copper, sulphur, potassium and is one of the richest sources of magnesium in the world, which happens to be the most deficient mineral in western civilisation. Homemade Chocolate Recipe
½ Cup Organic Coconut Oil
½ Cup Organic Cacao Butter all melted together on a low heat
¾ Cup of Organic Cacao Powder
6 Dates (soaked) or use stevia if you really don’t want any carbs.
Then blend!
Then add to the blender any, none or all of these options:
½ cup of Organic Coconut Cream
Organic Cinnamon
Organic Vanilla
Organic Acai
Organic Maca
Organic Maqui
Organic Dessicated Coconut
Organic Almonds
Organic Brazil Nuts
Organic Walnuts
Organic Cashews
And whatever you else can imagine.....i.e. pea protein, whey protein - if you want more of a protein bar.
