We have sourced the very best Australian Organic Instant Oats. Free from any chemical residue our Organic Instant Oats have been stone ground into a ultra fine oat flour making them a fantastic wholefood to easily consume as a part of a protein shake, smoothie or yoghurt.
Even though they are ground into a fine powder they are full of nutrients, fibre and antioxidants and still keep their low GI (glycemic index) status. Therefore will not cause a blood sugar high or insulin spike.
They are ideal for fuelling your activities, for adding extra “clean” calories or simply boosting your carbohydrate intake throughout the day, especially if you are trying to avoid refined sugary foods such as Dextrose and Maltodextrin.
Place 40g of organic instant oats into a protein shaker with water or milk and protein powder until dissolved.
Can also be used for baking.
