Palatinose® is a pure, white, crystalline carbohydrate that occurs naturally in honey and sucrose.

However, the way it differs to pure sucrose is that Palatinose® has a low effect on blood sugar levels and insulin, whilst supporting you with a stable energy supply over longer periods of time. It also allows you to burn more fat during activity - something most carbs just don't do.

It's ideal for endurance athletes and for those who need a healthy form of carbohydrate without the insulin spike.
