This product was purchased for him as he has now been taking these 3 sports supplements from Professional Whey for 5 years or so now. At his age, he doesn't have a lot of money, and so he focuses on purchasing what he believes WORKS. And this is in his top 3 of sports supplements. PURITY IS AN ISSUE for Creatine supplements. I have read that as this is a meat-derived product, purity has been a problem that has caused a concern in the past - even deaths? And for many other supplements that might not be a concern - but when it comes to Creatine you do need to be careful. 5 Star Creatine

Its Creapure which is of course a must these days, knowing that it is micronzied and microfiltered makes me happy, I feel that i can trust the product more when i know these 2 things amongst others such as the purity and potency. If you are looking for a great true and tested creatine that is very easy of the wallet for what you get then look no further. I have been buying all of my supplements from PW for several years now and never had a problem. It mixes easy and I have seen an improvement in my workouts and my lean muscle. I train 6 days a week for approx 75 minutes. I would recommend any one to use this creatine, simply the best on the market and at an excellent price. As a note I also use their Glutamine at 3gms before and post workout with whey protein concentrate. All are excellent products. After over 25 years of using supplements I have found Professional Whey to be the best. If I can see results at age 52, so can you. Try it before you waste cash on other inferior brands.

Concurrent supplement(s): Professional Whey Beta Alanine (2.5g per day) taken with Creapure Creatine. Results: Recovery effects were immediate and noticeable. Highlight is reduced hamstring soreness/tightness. As a result of the enhanced recovery I was able to engage in higher quality training. This is all the product promises and as such I judge it to have succeeded. Taste: Unnoticeable when stirred into water. Verdict: Excellent value for money in my case considering a tasteless delivery and pronounced recovery results.

Neutral experience...
By: Joseph Hyde on 29 July 2013I haven't noticed much difference using this product. I have put on weight, but nothing amazing and I haven't had strength gains beyond normal. I have had some stomach cramps though, I've been using 3g daily as suggested... So perhaps I'd be better off doing a more traditional "loading" phase. The power doesn't really dissolve, but it doesn't taste like much so I just swirl it in water for easy consumption in addition to a post workout shake. (Creatine has been shown to help about 70% of users, I might be in the minority)...

Super fast delivery. As usual professional whey delivers with a cheap and high quality product. My only complaint is that I had to buy scales so I could measure out the correct amount. I wish this product came with a measuring scoop so I could give myself the correct dosage.

I think the difference is I am a vegetarian so wasn't getting a natural source of creatine, so got great results. Using in combination with WPC and micellar caseinate after workouts, plus moltodextrin (from PW of course!) or honey for those carbs...

Quality Product
By: Bryce Terry on 7 July 2012Mixes easily with water in a shaker or in a blender with the WPI Shakes, have tried mixing it with a spoon in water and it gets there eventually with a bit more effort. Only a suggestion, the dosage states 3g a day however for best results creatine loading is ideal, perhaps provide some loading directions eg: 20g /day for 5 days and then maintenance dosage for 2 weeks etc for those less knowledgeable...Just a thought otherwise great product. Well Worth It

Therefore it was hard to get any performance out of it. The small extra price for a Creapure manufactured product is well worth it and Professional Whey was the cheapest that I could find. Thanks.
