Note: Hydrolysed WPI naturally has a bitter taste due to its high degree of hydrolysis. You can sweeten it with organic stevia extract or dextrose to help reduce the bitterness. The powder is extremely fine and may froth when shaken, so stirring is recommended if you prefer to avoid frothiness.

Mix 30g (one level scoop) into 250ml of water until dissolved in a shaker.

600-900ml of Water
1 scoop of Hydrolysed WPI (or more depending on your bodyweight)
1/2 tsp Creatine Monohydrate
1 tsp Glutamine
1 tsp Leucine or IBCAA 4:1:1
1/4 tsp Beta Alanine
1/2 tsp Taurine
2/3 tsp Citrulline Malate 2:1
2/3 tsp Arginine AAKG
Add carbs if required i.e (Pre) 1/2 scoop of Organic Instant Oats (Post) 1 scoop Maltodextrin/Dextrose
If you want to make it in bulk then the following makes up approximately 100 serves:

500g Creatine Monohydrate
500g Glutamine
500g Leucine or BCAA’s
250g Beta Alanine

Hydrolysed WPI (and Hydrolysed Casein combination)
By: Matt Wade on 20 August 2017Historically, I've taken the NZ WPI or Hydrolysed WPI. More recently, I've tried a Hydrolysed WPI/Hydrolysed Casein combination. I've found that combination to cause major gastrointestinal problems. After a number of attempts, I decided to remove the Casein from the combination and my problems all but disappeared within days. I've stuck with the Hydrolysed WPI which I believe is good - as far as supplements go. Matt

One of the best All Natural HWPIs
By: Suresh Shashidhar on 18 November 2015This product is all natural with no additives and as such is the best supplement for anyone sensitive to lecithins and numerous other additives found in most HWPIs. Additionally, it is fast acting, doesn't leave you feeling bloated and is best value for money. I find it helpful to mix this with natural Rice and Pea proteins to reduce frothiness; stavia for taste and finally Psyllium husk for fibre.

Quality

The high quality fast absorbing protein has allowed for better recoveries. It has an awful bitter taste. I usually counteract this by including some flavored whey isolate. As per price, this is the cheapest, highest quality Hydolysed protein I can find. Well worth the money.

Awesome and worth EVERY cent

I was able to mix it ok, and found the taste, (initially quite different) to be manageable with some of their other products. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is serious about their training. Fast acting protein, from the purest sources!! 12/10 ;)

Results, and Fast
By: Michael Irvine on 15 November 2013I started using the Hydrolysed WPI about 3 weeks ago and found instantly I was recovering faster. The taste isn't great, but I found I got used to that. This is a great product that is a fresh change to the overpriced protein powders found in supplement stores with a million ingredients. You know exactly what you are injesting and no concerns about artificial flavouring, etc. Tip - was shaker immediately and if left in sun for just half a day it becomes a chemical biohazard!

Actually like the taste...

I've been on this for a couple of months now, and when I first tried it I concluded that it was the most disgusting tasting thing I had ever put in my mouth. Doesn't mix well, had to combine it with copious amounts of cinnamon and stevia to mask the horror that was assaulting my taste buds. However, over time... it grew on me. And now I simply whisk it with water- no need to hold my nose anymore. So it IS POSSIBLE! I gain quicker with this product. Bring on the bulk orders!!

Doesn't have to taste disgusting!
By: Sam Bailey on 26 September 2013I started using this on its own (with water) and with dextrose. Either way it tasted bad! But then I tried adding stevia extact (1/8 tsp) and cacao (1/2 tsp) to just the WPI (without dexterose) - it actually tasted great! Really great! Don't torture yourself - get the stevia & cacao. Vanilla extract might be good too. Also I started trying to mix without a shaker (stiring with a fork) - okay (but lumpy) if you gradually add water to make a paste. But much better if you buy PW shaker - quick and easy mix (with very slight lumps).

brilliant, tastes like old socks, but the results
By: michael dowdy on 18 January 2013I have to say ther hydrolysed protein was a more qurious purchase for me as i have never used before. They are right to say it is 'bitter', hell yes its bitter, but easy to disguise with flavouring. The results i have gotten from this though is outstanding, my recovery time is improved beyond what i expected and muscle tissue is noticeably improved. Beware though as it is a fine hydrolisysis, and it tends to create a cloud when mixing it, strongly suggest a shaker for this one

Taste Hard to Take!!!!

Great product, tastes like dealth

good if we stack

Fantastic WPI, terrible taste.

Unfortunately though, unless mixed with something else the taste is unbearable! The warning of "a bitter taste" should read "taste like satans gym socks".
