Hemp Protein Balls

If you are looking for that perfect healthy treat then these hemp protein balls, may just be a life saver for you. They are wholesome and delicious. With a just few ingredients (approx half coming from hemp), they are super quick to blend. It's the ball rolling that takes the longest.
If you look close enough, you can see we have made hemp chocolate and hemp maqui berry balls. Some are coated with hemp seeds and some are not - just for a bit of variety and texture.
Try them all out! They are delish!!
Recipe & Directions
100g Hemp Seeds - Blend in blender on high speed for 30 seconds.
200g Hemp Protein - Add & blend in blender on high speed for another 30 seconds.
150ml of Coconut Oil - Add & blend in blender on high speed for 45 second or until the mix liquifies.
15 Dates/150g (Medium Sized) - Soak in 250ml of water or squish til the dates are soft. Add all and blend for 60 seconds.
250ml Date Water - Add the date water to the mix and blend for 45 seconds or til you have a nice firm thick consistency.
(Optional) 50g of Hemp Seeds - roll into balls til nice and round, then roll in hemps seeds to coat.
Store in the fridge for at least a couple of hours. Then they are ready to go!
