Do You have any Lactose Free Protein Powder?
All whey proteins do contain some lactose. Our Whey Protein Concentrate's contain between 6-9% depending on which one you use and our NZ Whey Protein Isolate contains 1%. So if you are having difficulties with digesting lactose, WPC is to be avoided. Now depending on the level of sensitivity to lactose our NZ WPI can be tolerated by some and not by others as they are very low in lactose. However there is no exact science to this, and we have found this is to be a case by case basis with each individual.
